At Horizon Taekwon-do, we provide additional services to help you and your children get fit and have fun! Please have a look at our great services.


We offer ITF (International Taekwon-Do Federation) original Chang Hon traditional style teachings to children, teens and adults. We have classes seven days a week in a safe and fun environment.  Unique to this family style club, 95% of these classes are taught by owner and Master Instructor Louie Sanchez. The martial art of TKD teaches students mental and physical strength and conditioning. The results are students that have improved coordination, strength and balance along with increased focus, confidence, discipline and perseverance.

After School Program

Horizon TKD, After School Program is a fun, safe and fitness based alternative to regular babysitting and daycare. Your child will be involved in a program that builds confidence, social skills, fitness and discipline. 

Your child will be picked up at their schools and transported to our location. Once they arrive, there is snack time and an opportunity to do homework.  (We are a nut free facility, so all snacks brought from home should be nut free please). Children then take part in fun activities, games and a high-energy TKD class all before pick up time at 6pm.  When you pick your child up they will have their homework done, they’ve had physical activity and are ready to spend quality time with the family.



Are you looking for a total body workout? Want to get into great shape while having fun doing it?  Then cardio kickboxing is for you! At Horizon TKD we offer a high energy Cardio-kickboxing class for women, men and teens of every fitness level. Cardio kickboxing combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning.  This intense total-body workout is a great way to increase your stamina, flexibility, and strength, coordination, and balance.

Our classes start with 10-15 minutes warm-up, which may include stretching and traditional exercises such as jumping jacks and push-ups, followed by a kickboxing session that includes movements such as knee strikes, kicks, and punches. We incorporate circuit training and strength weight training session in our classes also. We will end the session with 10 minutes of stretching and muscle conditioning.
