Cardio Kickboxing

Are you looking for a total body workout? Want to get into great shape while having fun doing it? Then cardio kickboxing is for you!

At Horizon TKD we offer a high energy Cardio-kickboxing class for women, men and teens of every fitness level. Cardio kickboxing combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning. This intense total-body workout is a great way to increase your stamina, flexibility, and strength, coordination, and balance.

Our classes start with 10-15 minutes warm-up, which may include stretching and traditional exercises such as jumping jacks and push-ups, followed by a kickboxing session that includes movements such as knee strikes, kicks, and punches. We incorporate circuit training and strength weight training session in our classes also. We will end the session with 10 minutes of stretching and muscle conditioning.
